The proposed design and built of additional block is for the new additional buildings which comprise of the new Multipurpose Hall and new Accommodation Blocks to cater for the expansion of the Institut Tadbiran Awam Negara (INTAN), Kampus Wilayah Selatan (IKWAS) Johor in order to improve the present facilities.

The Planning and building design to suit the intention and site condition which is to portray a tropical and Malay traditional image through the concept of ‘Resort Village’ as well as able to blend with local surrounding.
